Constitution, Membership, Committees
The constitution of the Governing Board provides for up to 20 governors made up as follows: Eleven Foundation governors to include the Vicar of St John the Divine who will be an ex officio governor. There shall also be two parent governors, one local authority governor, two staff governors to include the Headteacher and four co-opted governors. Appointments or elections are for four years.
